Welcome to the power of small
The Ability Collective offers a personalised, holistic speech pathology service where clients and their families are put first. Our speech pathologists are passionate about providing a tailored service to clients of all ages who require support for communication and swallowing difficulties. We aren’t your run of the mill, cookie cutter intervention service. Everything that we do is for the client and is personalised for the client.
As a certified practising speech pathologist with over 15 years experience across paediatrics and adult services in the public, private and disability sector , our director (Erin Gleeson) knows that creating a strong partnership around the client is key to successful intervention. We have a close knit team of speech pathologists who care about providing a professional and personalised service to all of our clients. Erin is proud of the strong connection that The Ability Collective has with our community. Our team conduct themselves with integrity and this contributes to our great reputation within our community.
At The Ability Collective, our speech pathologists are responsible for assessing communication (speech and language), literacy and swallowing difficulties as well as planning and implementing intervention services for clients within the community.
